Since its establishment, Laboratorios Normon has been committed to the highest standards of quality, safety and distribution of medicines and medical devices. Normon’s priority is the satisfaction of our clients and the commitment to all the procedures and guidelines established by the current legislation.

Normon has a sophisticated water recycling system that enables the reuse of more than 24,000 liters per day, which represents more than 4 million liters of water per year.

This water saving allows it to be reused in the industrial process itself or in the maintenance and irrigation of gardens, which contributes to environmental sustainability.

Normon is committed to the Integrated Quality and Environment Management System in accordance with ENE_EN_ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO-14001 standards, and takes the responsibility for:

  • Achieving a high level of quality and environmental performance through the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System through the establishment of specific and measurable objectives when possible, as well as internal audits to assess suitability and effectiveness.
  • Complying with current legislation and other requirements that our company signs.
  • Ensuring that the services and products supplied to our customers are adequate, safe, reliable and in accordance with specified or applicable requirements, maintaining quality standards that meet their expectations and collaborating with them on an ongoing basis.
  • Conducting permanent controls that guarantee the compliance of the existing environmental legislation and regulations, extending this to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Promoting good environmental practices.
  • Preventing and reducing pollution in order to minimize all possible impacts.
  • Ensuring the participation, information and communication of NORMON personnel, as well as their right to be consulted in order to achieve continuous quality improvement.
  • Planning and providing adequate training through the necessary resources to enable the development and compliance of the Quality and Environmental Policy.
  • Providing all human and material resources required.

This policy is disseminated at all levels of the company and it is also available to the public and all interested parties who request it.
